Summary.
Our team was tasked with designing an application that would improve the in-park experience for Nationals Park. The home of Major League Baseball's Washington Nationals. Through extensive user research and user interviews we identified 3 clear pain points: purchasing concessions, parking, and seat finding. Through the Nats Grand Slam App we hope to alleviate these concerns and make the experience of attending an event at Nats Park more stress free.

STORY.
Tasked with designing an application that could improve the in-park experience at National's Park, we began by identifying pain points that are regularly experienced by season ticket holders, frequent fans, and families who attend an event at Nats Park.
We started with a screener survey, then interviewed 6 respondents who met our criteria.
To gather more information, we decided to experience Game Day at Nats Park first-hand.
We then turned our focus on our competitors, and downloaded and assesed functionality for several prominent baseball apps.
