GamerTrainer is an online service that connects eager gamers to professional esports coaches for private lessons. The young founder is having trouble getting his business off the ground and asked us to do a holistic evaluation of his model, product, site and competition. Here is what we found!
Service Design: Washington Nationals Grand Slam App
The Washington Nationals Grand Slam App was a service design project focused on improving the in-park experience at Nationals Park. Through interviews with frequent visitors, season ticket holders and families we identified several key pain points that could be alleviated through an app.
CLICKABLE PROTOTYPE: LEGO WORLD
Conceptualized as a subscription model product to enhance LEGO's existing product line, LEGO World is a mid-fidelity, clickable prototype that was designed using Axure and integrates into the current Lego site.
HTML & CSS: THE EVERGLADES
In commemoration of the 100 year anniversary of the National Parks Service, I designed a site that tells the story of the plight of the Everglades through powerful visuals and narrative storytelling.
